REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy governs all purchases made through LazarionX, including but not limited to software licenses, lifetime access products, automation tools, dashboards, analytics systems, APIs, and all related digital services (collectively, the “Services”). By purchasing or accessing the Services, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

1.Digital Product Nature

LazarionX provides digital software products and technology services delivered electronically. Due to the immediate access, delivery, activation, and availability of digital content, all purchases are considered final once:

  • account access has been granted;
  • software activation has occurred;
  • license credentials have been delivered;
  • the user has accessed any portion of the Services.

2.No Refunds After Activation

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, LazarionX maintains a strict no-refund policy after:

  • software activation;
  • account creation;
  • dashboard access;
  • API access;
  • digital delivery of any license or service.
  • trading performance;
  • profitability;
  • market conditions;
  • broker-related issues;
  • user dissatisfaction;
  • technical misunderstandings;
  • strategy outcomes.

3.No Guarantee of Results

Users acknowledge that:

Refund requests based on:

  • LazarionX does not guarantee profits;
  • LazarionX does not guarantee performance;
  • LazarionX does not guarantee compatibility with all brokers or market conditions.
  • financial losses;
  • unsuccessful trading;
  • strategy performance;
  • market volatility;
  • PAMM performance;
  • broker execution issues;

shall not be accepted.

4.User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for:

  • verifying compatibility with their broker;
  • understanding the risks of trading;
  • configuring their trading environment;
  • evaluating whether the Services are suitable for their needs.

LazarionX shall not be responsible for user errors, improper configurations, or misunderstandings regarding the functionality of the Services.

5.Exceptional Refunds

In rare cases, LazarionX may, at its sole and absolute discretion, review refund requests involving:

  • duplicate payments;
  • technical billing errors;
  • unauthorized transactions verified through compliance review.

Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval.

6.Chargeback Abuse

Users agree not to initiate unjustified chargebacks, payment reversals, or fraudulent payment disputes. Any abusive or fraudulent chargeback activity may result in:

LazarionX reserves the right to contest any chargeback or payment dispute with supporting evidence, including:

  • immediate account termination;
  • permanent ban from the Services;
  • suspension of all licenses;
  • reporting to payment processors and fraud monitoring systems;
  • legal recovery actions where applicable.
  • login records;
  • IP logs;
  • software access logs;
  • account activity;
  • delivery confirmations.

7.Broker & Third-Party Services

LazarionX is not responsible for:

  • broker insolvency;
  • broker downtime;
  • PAMM performance;
  • withdrawal delays;
  • third-party trading infrastructure;
  • liquidity providers;
  • market execution quality.

Refunds shall not be granted due to issues caused by independent third-party brokers or financial service providers.

8.Compliance & Fraud Prevention

LazarionX reserves the right to:

  • refuse refunds;
  • suspend accounts;
  • deny access to Services;
  • investigate suspicious transactions;
  • request identity verification;
  • cooperate with payment processors or authorities.

9.EU/UK Digital Content Waiver

By purchasing and accessing the Services, users expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • digital content delivery begins immediately upon activation;
  • they waive any applicable withdrawal or cancellation rights to the extent permitted by law once access has been provided.

10.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LazarionX shall not be liable for:

  • indirect losses;
  • loss of profits;
  • trading losses;
  • business interruption;
  • data loss;
  • market-related losses.

All purchases are made at the user’s own discretion and risk.

11.Modifications to This Policy

LazarionX reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
